34-36 Dana Avenue Duplex nearing completion

We have been working hard to get the multi-family duplex finished on Dana Avenue. Thanks to all of our suppliers who donated items, time or discounts to see this project completed so we can continue our mission of providing affordable housing in under served neighborhoods. The granite countertops installed by Konkus Marble Granite are just beautiful! Palmer Donavin supplied our cabinetry, also high quality and impressive in the units.

A big thanks to Waterworks and Gunther Plumbing for helping us with our new waterline install. We are finishing up the plumbing system as well as the install of our Lennox HVAC system. Creative Flooring provided our laminate and carpeting. Our local IBEW 683 electrician union supplied most of our wiring and devices!

Our trainees have been learning about all of these processes, and what it takes to finish out a project like this.

Congratulations to Max Arguello!

We are proud to announce that one of our trainees, Max Arguello has been hired by IBEW 683. He will be pursuing a career as a union electrician. We are so happy for Max and his achievements! We presented him with an Electrician's tool pouch and some tools this past week to get him started on his career. Thank you to Ohio Power Tool and Milwaukee Tool for their donation.

89-93 Chicago Avenue Foundation built!

Our Chicago Avenue Multi-Unit houses are underway with excavation done by Lacko Poured Walls, along with the footings and foundation walls. Our trainees had the opportunity to learn about this process. We did the waterproofing and foundation drainage. A big thank you to Anderson Concrete and CK Construction for taking care of our basement slabs. A great opportunity for our trainees to help prep and pour the concrete with these new builds.
